found/spotted - double reeds for basoon or bagpipe?

I spotted double reeds in a case lying on the ground at a business park. I did not take them/ keep them, I left them where I found them. If you were practicing outdoors recently and forgot them, they are where you left them outdoors. If you can describe the exact contents to me I can tell you the location.
