install carpet on 2 steps

I need someone who knows how to install carpet to install on two steps going up into my mobile home. The steps are in an enclosed Florida room. Each step appx. 5 ft x 18 inches, and also the sides of the steps. I am looking for someone who has carpet and pad remnants to use, easy clean either berber or industrial, any shade of brown or maroon and the carpet pad. The pay listed is for the carpet, pad, and installation. Part of the steps are concrete, part wood. If you have remnants and know how to install, I would appreciate your help.
