Description
Approx 19 squares modified bitumen install - relatively flat for few penetrations/parapet walls. Base sheet installed. Cap sheet, flashing and roof cement onsite. Previous roofer is unable to complete task for personal reasons. Looking for labor, GC to carry warranty. Project ready in 7-10 days. Must work fora roofing company and have thorough experience with modified bitumen roofing.
