Theo went out Thursday morning 7/22/2021 I recently got him from my daughter in Brighton so he really could be anywhere between Louisville and Brighton if he tried to return to his previous home on 8th and Bromley. He has recently been neutered and should have a very visible blue mark on his belly that is the tattoo that they put on them. Please let me know if you see any cats that could possibly be him.
