Seeking independent contractor for weekly litter cleanup and trash-can service every Tuesday or Friday at 317-unit townhouse community in Lake Ridge, Va. Responsibilities include removing litter from sidewalks, parking lots, playgrounds, and large open spaces. Contractor will also be responsible for emptying three trash cans as needed and hauling off all collected litter and trash for proper disposal. The weekly time commitment can vary between four and six hours depending on the amount of litter and trash that accumulates at the site. Compensation: $150 for weekly litter-cleanup and trash-can service, to be paid on monthly basis. Requirements: ► 100% reliable and available to complete work every Tuesday or Friday (except major holidays and during snow emergencies) ► attention to detail ► ability to work outdoors regardless of weather ► ability to lift 50 pounds ► ability to walk up steep hills ► provide own tools/equipment ► capacity to text time- and date-stamped photos to primary contractor upon completion of work each week ► U.S. citizen, permanent resident (green-card holder), or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States ► two work-related references If interested, please reply with contact information, including phone number, to schedule a site visit.
