Stripped bolt needs removing tonight

Description

I have one bolt with a 3/16 hex head that has been stripped during removal (round on the outside, hex on the inside). It's easily accessible on the top of an electric planer. It was not able to be removed with Speed Out, which removed more of the bolt's material. Overall bolt is about 1.25 inches long, and nothing of the bolt has to survive the removal process.
