Residential & Light Commercial Production Painters Crew Leader Needed compensation: Based on experience employment type: full-time EXPANDING our workforce! We are a well established Painting Company, that has been serving the Louisville Metropolitan area for over 25 years. We are looking for career painters for immediate employment. ***WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER*** Production Painters: — Must have 5+ years of experience, with no gaps. — Must be proficient with cutting in, — no tape — caulking and basic drywall work. — Must be highly motivated, professional and proficient with time management. — Must have cell phone and personal transportation. — Must have no current drug or alcohol problems — basically mature and have you life sorted! Crew Leader : — Must have at least 10 years experience, with no gaps. 5 of those years leading/managing a painting crew. — Must have a full concept & grasp of what the complete painting process involves, including knowledge of finishes, caulking and basic drywall work. — Must be proficient with time management, of themselves and others. — Must have good communication skills, to develop a report with clients and/or managers, involving assisting owner operators with scheduling logistics and supply demands. — If the appropriate individual proves to be a permanent asset, a company take home vehicle may be provided.
