Needing to rehome our dog

We are relocating to Florida for work and we can’t find any landlords that will allow us to bring our dog. She is a pittie mix. She’s extremely friendly and dog friendly but should be the only dog in the home. She’s very food and toy driven. She’s up to date on shots. I just don’t want to take her to a shelter. She’s not a guard dog but instead a 60lb lap dog. There is a small rehoming fee.
