General Handyman w/own tools! Must have following experience:
>Apartment turnover and preparation to re lease
>Must have excellent customer service & organization skills
>Painting including all preparation, electrical (replace plugs to subpanel),plumbing(garbage disposals, sink-bathtub-main replace fr. cast iron),replace windows and doors, and lvp flooring.
