Lost black wallet incl. Green Card, CC, DL, foreign DL, etc

Hey! On Tuesday, July 13 2021 between 08:45AM-09:15AM, I lost my wallet at the Circle K gas station on Oceanside Blvd/College Blvd in Oceanside. I forgot my wallet on the roof top when driving off...and there it went. Retracing steps didn't turn up anything. It contained my Green Card, German DL, German Bank Card, US Credit Cards, Gift Cards, $300 Cash, 20 Euros in Cash, family & friend mementos, more rewards/membership Cards. I would care very much for the Green Card, Germany issued items and mementos to be retrieved. Please contact me if you come across a women's wallet, all black- no design or print on it.
