Description

THE BLACK LOTUS WELLNESS CLINIC is Presenting (Free Sponsored (6) Group Sessions) to Meet on (Date and Time to be Announced) within the next few weeks for 10-15 African Diasporic Members of the Community, Ages 12 through 22 Priority and 30ish at this time. (A waitlist will be created if more than 15 apply. However, a minimum of 10 people must be maintained for each group.) (Ten Days will be set aside for interview and sign-up, to be repeated until the list is full.) Sessions will be 1 to 2 Hours. Participants will be required to fill out a Survey after each Session. In the future, face-to-face groups are coming soon. This is a practice that is based on energy and meditation principles, art and creativity. Experience with meditation is not a requirement. It is stress relieving and gentle, with no drugs involved. The goal is to learn how to self-regulate and manage your nervous system with daily self-practices. Some people attend this practice to learn how to relieve a serious trauma, to resolve minor problems, or for a tune-up and rejuventation. It is not a requirement for the participant to have a negative issue. Some participants may be looking for ways to expand their creativity or to feel more connected. For those of you who identify as African, you may also request culturally based private sessions at this time. Private sessions are fee based. Artists are welcome. Due to the nature of historical trauma, this group will be closed to African Diasporic people only at this time. Please send your response by e-mail through Craigslist. (The Black Lotus reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion.) Thank you.
