Before you respond to my ad, please read the following; I've been told that, now that you must be looking for work in order to collect unemployment, people are using answering craigslist ads as "looking for work" in their claim. I spoke to the VEC (Virginia Employment Commission) this morning and she said that if they answer the ad and don't show up, and then list that as "looking for work", that is FRAUD, and they will lose their unemployment benefits. I WILL report you to the VEC if you respond to my ad, I contact you, and you don't show up. so, that being said, would you like to come tomorrow and do some painting, etc? Respond with your location and phone number; no location or no phone number and you will be ignored.
