We are in need off and on for a real carpenter. New construction and remodels. This means. You own your own tools. Your training is not a shed built 10 years ago with a friend or a deck done at your own house. Must have the ability to be self sufficient. Meaning, you can pick up material, you can problem solve and you can produce. You must be licensed, bonded and insured. Top Pay done 1 of 2 ways Either bid based or hourly. We expect quality over production. Hourly we come to an agreement on timing for completion. If people think they can spend 45 days building a shed at 75hr then please do not respond. Generally either way hourly rates average out at 62hr. Send photos of prior work. Size and scale of projects performed and years in the trade. Not worried about a resume. We work together as a collective. Meaning we are just as devoted to every project as you are. We protect our clients and our subs. Ultimately protecting ourselves. We make sure you get paid. You make sure we we get paid by completing projects. Easy. Right. You do your job We do ours. Tired of hiring employees that can't perform. Enough work scheduled for 2 years from Burlington to Tacoma. All we ask is communication, performance and quality. Thank you.
