Lost dog running east of broadway along Last seen allard and glen street area. came out of pedestrian entrance to ocean view cemetery along allard. It is scared and appears to be hungry. I was able to get it to drink a little water.
brown and black with no tail and a white 'star' (mark ) on forehead
sweet but could not catch it
