Property maintenance company in Spencerport, NY seeking motivated, trustworthy, non smoking, drug free individual for full time employment. We also do remodeling and new construction work as well as property maintenance and this is a great position to practice and learn many skills working with other skilled employees. Our usual work week is 40 hours, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM Monday thru Friday, with a 45 minute lunch. We offer: Paid holidays. Paid vacation time. Vehicle monthly $ allowance. End of year bonus. Paid health care after 3 months employment. Applicants must be in good physical condition as this position encompasses all facets of interior and exterior property maintenance including yard care, snow removal, painting, custodial work, repairs and preparing apartments and offices for new tenants. • Prior apartment, construction or home repair maintenance skills helpful. • Minimum HS/GED required. • Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance for picking up supplies when needed and assisting at other properties. • Reliability, dependability and trustworthiness a must. • Will be responsible for assisting with snow removal during the winter months. Experience appreciated, but will train an individual that is motivated, reliable and trustworthy and enjoys working with others.
