Grower/Grow assistance for a Marijuana Farm needed for commercial marijuana indoor and outdoor grow in Trinidad Co. Full time/ Part time. Must have a MED badge be able to lift 50 lbs., be organized and neat, have dependable transportation and have a passion and knowledge for the plant. Some of the duties are as follows: Cloning Transplanting Topping and cleaning of plants Feeding/ watering Foliage feeding and pest control Soil testing and evaluation Be able to identify plant problems Maintain work areas up to $70K year including bonus' but compensation is based on experience.
