Spotted: Loose Dog

Description

Saw a large dog with no collar walking down NE 15th by Ike Memorial dog park. Bully breed (natural ears and tail) gray or brown, no white, adult male. It seemed fine but was skittish; last saw it headed east on 49th, August 1st at 4 am.
