Until Texas Constitutional carry goes in effect. Will there be shootouts and blood in the street. Or, will you not even notice the difference.? 5 other State have already passed Constitutional carry this year and are now in effect. No big stories from liberal media on shoot outs in the Streets in Tennessee, Iowa, Montana, or Utah. 21 States now have Constitutional carry. 15 States have permitless open carry. That's 36 States that allow carrying a hand gun without a Government license. This leaves only 14 States that do not recognize the 2nd Amendment. In 2 weeks, South Carolina's open carry law goes into effect. That leaves only 4 states that does not allow open carrying of handguns. Whether you are Pro-gun, or Anti-gun, pay attention to any changes Constitutional carry may, or may not bring in crime statistics. Those of you who are planning on carrying your handgun on September 1st. please get some training, please know what your responsibilities are to carry in public. Leave that gun in your holster at all times, unless your life is in danger. Remember, An Armed society is a polite society. For all you criminal low lives out there, you are on notice, we lawbiding citizens are now armed just like you.
