Houseman Position - Winter Park, 32789 We are looking for a part-time houseman 3-4 days a week. Paid by the hour, cash, no documents. Flexible work hours each day. Pay rate will depend on experience and schedule. Not a live-in position. For a man only, no exceptions. Please live within 20 minutes of Winter Park / 32789. A Houseman is typically a man who tends to household duties other than general housekeeping. Some of the responsibilities are outdoor maintenance (cleaning walks/decks, windows, etc.), lawn care, pool clean/maint, pet care (walk, brush, etc.), vehicle cleaning, etc. Occasional short errands/pickups, minor painting or repairs, furniture assembly, etc. Basically, an all encompassing position that covers everything inside and outside of a home for maintenance and upkeep. It is NOT a handyman position. Be flexible with a can-do attitude. You aren't expected to know how to change a light switch or toilet, but should know how to change switch cover and seat. You'll work among a small staff and be in/out of the house tackling your own assignments at a steady pace in a low-key environment. Requirements: Read, write, and speak English. Non-smokers only.
