Full and Part-Time Property Handyman and Renovations positions available. Start at $14+/hr, CASH. No 1099, No W2, etc. C-A-S-H. Unless you want a 1099 or W-2. Please, NO companies, service providers, self-employed (history of self-employed), etc. Flexible scheduling for when you have a side job to do. Work at a steady pace, no rushing/pressure/etc. We do it right the first time, with the right materials and tools. Experience Required: Drywall, Painting, Light Plumbing, Basic Electrical, Tile (repairs to complete rooms), Fencing, etc. Attention to detail with good finishing. If you have small engine maintenance knowledge, be sure to mention it. You must have basic hand-tools and a cordless drill/ Other tools are provided. Your own vehicle (2 mile area), Valid Driver License, and Fluent English is required. You should have a Clean Appearance and Respect for others opinions, lifestyles, etc. Non-smoker and be able to pass a DOT/work physical if requested. Experience working from a home-based office is preferred. Background - Most issues can be worked with. You must disclose ANY arrests in FIRST EMAIL. Drug Test - Pot isn't a failure.
