Positions: Security Guard / Event Staff Location: Dos Equis Pavilion Date of Event: August 5th, 2021 (8/5/2021) Pay Rate: $15-$17 an hour Next Level Security provides highly trained and motivated protective security services to both individuals and commercial customers throughout Texas. Next Level Security was founded to change the way our clients feel about security, and has enjoyed almost a decade of growth while maintaining a commitment to performance. Next Level Security (NLS) is hiring full time and part time security officers and event staff to help with security needs for an event at the Dos Equis Pavilion on Thursday August 5th, as well as multiple events in the future in the DFW area. with a starting pay rate of $15-$17/hour depending on post and experience. Essential Functions ● Appear on post in accordance with uniform requirements and fitness for duty. ● Maintain awareness at all times. ● Remain well-informed of security orders, and procedures at all times. ● Stand post as a deterrent to any person seeking access controlled area ● Take reasonable and prudent action to ensure the safety of employees, visiting personnel, and client assets. ● Observe and monitor the actions of persons considering entering the secured area. ● Report to management all unusual or suspicious activity. ● Seek supervisory input when necessary ● Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. ● Other related duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications ● High School Diploma or GED ● Must be at least 18 years of age. ● U.S. citizen, U.S. National or lawful permanent resident ● Must have a valid Texas guard license. Minimum Level 2 requirement. (If you do not have a security license yet, you could still be eligible for our Event Staff positions. NLS does reimburse you the cost of obtaining your Level 2 Non Commissioned license after your first 90 days of employment, with all licensing under our company code.) ● Must be able to perform all functions of the job. ● Must demonstrate ability to learn security operations and procedures. ● Must be able to carry out instructions provided in written or oral form. ● Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance. ● Able to meet any special qualifications set forth in post orders or other relevant protocols and directives.
