Do not ever rent a house from Brandywine Homes! Multiple years renting with no problems and always on time rent payment will get you nothing! Terrible houses terrible maintenance and your rent will go up a minimum of 10% every time you renew the lease. The lease is structured so you will never get any deposits returned and even be charged for them to replace old but working and undamaged fixtures for new! They now have a mandatory Resident Benefit Package which the say they will not fulfill but is mandatory anyway! SCAM! Total SCAM do not rent from these people!
