Anyone recognize this guy?

For nearly a year I have been harassed by this individual who claims to be essentially on the brink of homelessness if not in actual homelessness yet somehow manages to go to bars and even attend local festivals. He's constantly posting racist and or Alex jones type material and has even managed to guilt $1300 out of me - because of him I have been in the red several times in my bank account. If there's anyone who knows about this individual please reach out - for the record he last spoke of being in one of the back hallways of the Trump Tower north of the loop. Any help is much appreciated
