Seeking an individual who can assist with general maintenance and upkeep of housing units. Also need moving assistance for property staging. Hourly contract for services rendered. No specified hours. Candidates will need technical knowledge related to home electronic/wifi set up and other in-home devices such as security systems and electronic locking mechanisms. Other duties to be determined. Working hours to be coordinated as needed.
