Please help rehome our senior dog

Unfortunately we found out completely unexpectedly that we have to move very quickly. We were able to secure another rental but they do not allow pets. So we are having to rehome our dog. Elderly(approximately 10 years old) standard male black schnauzer(neutered). Practically blind and hearing loss. Great companion! Loves to just be near his person. Super sweet personality. House trained. Yes he’s fine with kids. He’s old and prefers to sleep and lay around but when my 2 year old lays on him or plays with him he’s fine. If my son gets too rambunctious he will sneak away and find a safer spot. No special diet or anything, he just eats Walmart brand kibble and we mix in some wet food for him too. He's never been professionally groomed or anything, I would always just clip him at home as much as he would allow me to. So nothing special or high maintenance, just a sweet old dog who needs a place to live out his remaining years. Give him a Pat on the head and a few treats here and there and he's happy. It’s breaking our hearts to have to rehome him.
