There are dozens of issues that would have to be taken into consideration if any money was handed out to anyone who is a citizen of this country since we are all created equal. And the first thing to do is add up all the government benefits like food stamps & welfare checks that each individual who has his/her hand out for reparations has already received for this very reason and then deduct that amount from the $267,500 lump sum payment that some of the colored community are saying is a reasonable payout. I do not know how you make it fair for the people who are paying the $12 Trillion dollars when many of them will be qualifiers for the handout. It seems like a mess with no discernable fair solution.
