Licensed contractor needed for interior commercial space

Description

I'm looking for a licensed/insured contractor to pull a permit and build 5 new rooms inside of a commercial building/space. It's a single-floor building with large loading doors. A floor plan of the new walls/rooms needed is attached below (areas marked in blue already exist and need no changes). Approximately 400 linear ft of new walls. The ceiling height is 13ft. Metal stud framework with drywall and insulation inside walls. Electrical will be done/billed separately. Please reply with your estimate for the timeframe and cost of labor for such a project.
