Pressure wash fence and large driveway+patio+sidewalk

I am going to finish my fence and paint my concrete driveway, sidewalk and patio. I have a decent pressure washer - 3000 PSI Craftsman you can use. If you choose to rent heavier a heavier duty one or some accessories to help lighten the load, I'll reimburse you for the exact cost. I'll also have consideration if you use your own equipment. I think the job should be about 1.5-2 days' work. If you're looking for a gig, you can start tomorrow.
