Our Halotherapy Blue Salt Room features 3 tons of salt rock crystals, imported directly from Pakistan and mined from the deepest recesses of ancient salt deposits located in the Himalayan mountains. These rock salt crystals are over 250 million years old. The essential feature to our salt room is Halotherapy. Halotherapy is an exposure to kinetically activated dry salt where the micro sized particles are being inhaled while the large salt particles are spread on the top of the skin. Since dry salt is antibacterial and super absorbent, it actively kills bacteria and reduces the inflammation in the respiratory system and widens the airways for better breathing.
