I'll provide the cheeses, meats and delicious accessory items, you bring your favorite platter, favorite knife, and a sense of humor. We'll talk about selecting items for your platter, different kinds of cheeses and meats, and easy tricks to make your board look amazing. During the evening, we'll also sample some delicious Italian wines that will compliment your platter perfectly. The best part?
