Introducing Afrochick Yoga's first ever Summer Series being held at the beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House! Join us for for our first ever yoga class series that is sure to put a stretch in your step and a sizzle in your summer! We will be providing a variety of beginner based classes giving you a different style and experience with every session. Not only are the sessions easy to follow but they are sure to help jumpstart your health and wellness journey. During every session you'll get: - Beginner based yoga routines that are fun and easy - Relaxing Guided meditation of different styles -A different style of yoga with every session And More!!!! All classes are being held at the Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House, located at 125 Jewett Pkwy in Buffalo, NY 14214, directly down the street and in walking distance of Delaware Park! Water and other refreshments will be available during the series. And mats are also available for purchase!
