Seeking duplex or house with ADU/In-Law--want to rent both units!

I'm a disabled veteran and full time student, with stable income wanting to rent both sides of a duplex, one for me and one for my disabled adult daughter. A single family with an ADU or alternative living space would work too! Must have a private yard--we are desperately wanting a yard! We aren't too picky and don't need new or shiny, just comfortable and quiet. Ideally around $2200 combined considering we will have to pay double utilities. Can be a bit more. Moving to Vancouver area at the end of October--so we don't need it to be available now, but hopefully the last week of October or the first week of November. Thanks! Sarah
