yard cleanup

looking for cleanup of yard at 75 mill st (by corner of park ave) in Worcester. the boy who does it is out of commission medically so the yard is way overgrown. Need someone to remove trash, get all brush off the building, mow & rake the yard. Bring your own mower and trimmer please. Ive enclosed pictures but feel free to swing by and then give me your hourly cost to clean up this small yard. tks
