Perform maintenance and janitorial helper services in the building as assigned by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor: Contact 312 765 3803
Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance, including but not limited to:
1) janitorial 1x week
mowing, shoveling as needed
2) light maintenance :
locks, light plumbing,
screens, etc
3) General upkeep
- help replace work as needed
- help install with concrete work
-help install doors
-help install drywall and paint
