Stowe Vibrancy's Indigenous Peoples' Day Rocks! is a daylong program of Abenaki culture, education, and live rock and blues performances. Blues Hall of Fame inductee and six-time Blues Music Awards winner Joe Louis Walker headlines our 2nd Annual celebration of Native American culture, education and music.It's a full day showcasing Indigenous educators, storytellers, drummers, artisans and food vendors culminating in a rousing rock and roll concert from local musicians Dave Keller, Vermont Jazz Trio, Bella Sances, and the incomparable bluesman Joe Louis Walker. Proceeds of the event go to Abenaki helping Abenaki 5013c fund. The cultural and educational day portion is FREE and open to the public. Advance tickets for the evening rock performance are $25; $30 day of show. Rain date: 10/10/2021. Do not miss out as this is sure to be another sellout event! We are a Vermont non-profit organzation with a mission to increase the vibrancy of the Town of Stowe through the enhancement of social, recreational, cultural, economic and physical characteristics of the Village. Personal contributions to Stowe Vibrancy are tax deductible, as our "Friends of Stowe Vibrancy" arm has been designated by the IRS a 501c3 organization.​​​
