Yoga at Timberyard Brewing Co. on the lawn before the Farmers Market Our yoga class is for yogis of all levels, including those who have never stepped on a mat before. We’ll stretch, breathe and flow through yoga postures sequenced to align your body, mind and soul. Come for the yoga, stay for a beer! Bring: A mat if you have one (if not, there will be mats available)A water bottle and towel When you arrive, check in at the bar for your after class beer token!
