Yao Yao is a native of Hangzhou, a center of Chinese tea culture and home to the renowned green tea Dragon Well. She studied Cha Yi (Tea Arts) at the Xuanlai Wushi Academy in Beijing, where she obtained her certification and licensing as a Tea Arts Specialist.
