I am the one in the neighborhood that cats seem to come to for food, water and shelter. This beautiful black and white started showing up 2-3 months ago. It is not feral, but becoming so. I think he has had bad experiences along the way. Big cat so assuming male, but intact or neutered.. haven't been able to tell. If you have a name for the cat or its owner, I would greatly appreciate the info.
