Join me for targeted mobility training, "Gravity Yoga".
Targeted mobility training involves long-hold stretches. Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work -hence the name. The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, for other forms of yoga or exercise.
We will work on three key areas- the Back, Hips & Hamstrings.
No prior Yoga experience is needed. This donations based practice is mat based -no dynamic movements/jumping or balancing- simply stretching.
Students to bring Yoga Mat, any props (blocks, bolster or pillow, blanket, straps, water bottle).
