Beer Yoga class at Blue Ghost Brewing Co. in Fletcher, NC. Come join Mandy of Funky Flow Yoga for an all-levels, socially distanced beer yoga class outside at Blue Ghost Brewing. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We WILL be enjoying a beer during class, so put on both your yoga pants and your drinking pants for this class! Stick around afterwards for dinner from the food truck and some more drinks with your new yoga friends!
