The Exchange is a pop-up experience powered by “I Believe in Magic”, “Essential Yoga and Wellness” and “Alchemy908”. We have joined together to bring you a New Moon experience that will be nothing like you’ve ever experienced and nothing short of transformative. Starting with yin yoga, we will set the tone of your unique experience by connecting to our bodies releasing any tension we may be holding onto and opening space within ourselves to set intentions for this upcoming Leo New Moon. Next, we will move into candle intending where we will learn about the Leo New Moon and how we can use its energy to create great change in our lives. We will then set a personal intention and use arts and crafts to create that intended vision on our candle. After candle intending, there will be a 20 min reset where you are welcomed and encouraged to mix and mingle with those around. Lastly, we will finish off our evening with sound healing to cleanse our energy and restore or mind, body and spirit to a space of wholeness. Join us as we bring together health, wellness and personal spirituality under one roof to better support you on your personal journey. There will be light snacks provided as well as a tea bar.
