Description
Fresh, new, therapeutic, invigorating- a few words to describe Goat Yoga in the winter. Join us and the brand new babies of 2021 in bliss Wanna have a BLAST? Join Karla & Christine for their version of GOAT YOGA Mindfulness practice. We’re in our fifth year of weekly classes & private parties and it keeps getting better!! The experience begins by meeting up at the farm stand where the Spring Yoga “kids” anxiously await to be chosen and leashed to take the walk up to our enclosed clover patch where we enjoy a contemplative stretch class in nature. This practice is accessible to EVERYONE that can take the 1/4 mile walk up the hill. Please remember to wear “farm shoes/sandals” and comfortable cloths that you can move freely in that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. This is a real working farm with gorgeous scenic vistas filled with wild flowers, grazing cattle, lazy pigs and deep tractor ruts that leave the path dusty/dry or muddy/wet most days. You’ll also want to consider bringing sun block, hat, water, bug spray, camera and something to tie up long hair. We have some towels & mat’s to loan, but bringing your own is best and guarantees you get one. Message us with any questions or concerns and like us on Facebook/Instagram for more info. Classes are open for enrollment.Register your attendance here, cost is $25 per session. Not sure? WALKIN'S WELCOME anytime. Tuesday sunset class will start in June and run into September, and Saturday morning classes will run through October. Book your private party today! If you need to cancel, please notify [email protected] for a refund. As each class is weather-permitting, watch over social media for status changes at https://www.facebook.com/simmonsfarmgoatyoga/.
