Found male black & tan Chihuahua mix

I found a male Chihuahua mix dog wandering down 4th Ave in front of the Chevron that's on the corner of 22nd St and 4th Ave, He was headed towards 21st St. He's mostly black with tan legs, tan chest, as well as tan bits on his face. He's a small/medium-sized dog and has not been neutered (aka still has his balls). No tag or microchip. Hoping to find his rightful owners. I have posted on @whatsuptucson Twitter page, Lost & Found Dogs & Cats In Tucson, Az Facebook page, and have filed found reports w/ PACC, Humane Society of Southern Arizona, and Pet FBI. I am posting flyers around Armory Park neighborhood tonight. Will require proof of ownership under certain circumstances. Thank you.
