Search Teams for Missing Local Dog

Wondering if I could grab around 9-12 people to split into 3 to 4 3-man teams to look for a missing dog (not mine) that's been in a highly dense wooded part along Rt 123 for almost 2 months. The 3-man teams could break up into 1 driver and 2 on-foot personnel, spreading out and performing sweeps across 3-5 points of interest during early morning or at night. The distance covered per march would be up to no more than 2.5 miles. The drivers would continue keeping a lookout along the roads. Surveillance is hard during the daytime, given that there's more traffic, which likely pushes the dog further into the woods. It would be great to have people who have experience with having their own dog, finding lost dogs and/or working/volunteering with dogs.
