We are a very small property management company in San Francisco. We are looking for someone who has a truck, likes to fix and repair common household properties, move furniture and enjoys doing it! Your primary role is to pick-up and drop off furniture, installing camera, routers, smart-locks, common household repairs like clogged toilet, changing lights, painting the wall, dissembling and reassembling furniture, general carpentry, changing locks on doors, general cleaning, general fixing of broken furniture, and other related jobs Being able to lift and move furniture 50-100 pounds or more by yourself or with limited help Expected Hours: 9am-6pm M-F and for emergency on-calls 10am-6pm Saturdays and emergency on-calls Sunday: Emergencies only Tools: You must have your own tools and supplies Vehicle: If you have a truck, we will comp you up to $100 a month for mileage and gas If you do not have a truck, you can use ours Material: We pay for all the material needed (locks, paint, etc) Salary: $32,000 We are looking for a hard working person, that is serious about growing within the company! Someone that is good at taking direction, following instructions and providing valuable input that will help the company grow!
