Description
So the job is all listed below, an example furnace/condenser that I am ready to purchase is listed below as well. Let me know if you're interested. If you can beat the equipment pricing I will be glad to consider that was well. Haven't decided if we should replace existing ductwork or not, so I'll ask for a price for both.
1. Remove existing Blower/Furnace located.
2. Install New HVAC blower/furnace system in attic as well as condensing unit at ground level – see plan.
3. Add 4 new supply registers as noted on plan
4. Replace/Resize 4 vents as noted on plan.
5. Upsize return register in living room.
6. Charge system with refrigerant.
7. Leak test ductwork. All ductwork to pass 5% leakage test. And Leak test piping.
8. Confirm Fan Watt Draw meets 0.58 watts per cfm.
9. Perform Cool air delivery test. Confirm air handler delivers 350cfm per ton (350cfm x 4 tons = 1,400cfm) in cooling mode.
10. Replace existing wire/connect to smart thermostat
Notes:
All work to be installed per current code, including Title 24 requirements. Material paid for on delivery to job site, labor paid for on completion/after leakage tests/permitting pass. Permit pulled as owner builder, ready for immediate install.
