Wanted "parking" place for occasional overnights for minivan (super clean, registered, insured).
Willing to pay a reasonable fee for a safe space to park (driveway/land) after a days adventure - fully contained no entry/exit of van, park late PMs & leave early AMs, no other noise. Prefer location in Soquel/Capitola/SC/Felton or Ben Lomond (but not crazy far out).
Zero drug/420/alcohol, full time employment, minimalist, litter free, super respectful & super quiet.
