CLEARWATER, FL — A 16-year-old boy suffered serious injuries Thursday when he walked across the railroad track near McMullen Booth Road. At 4:12 p.m., the teen was walking on the railroad tracks and didn't see the westbound CSX freight train when he stepped into the train's path. He was airlifted to the hospital.
