Discussion for possible action regarding an Interlocal Sublease Agreement between the City of Las Vegas (City) and Workforce Connections (WC), a public agency, for 840 square feet of office space located at 330 West Washington Avenue, Suite 105, for purposes of economic development - Ward 5 (Crear) BILLS ELIGIBLE FOR ADOPTION AT A LATER MEETING There is no public comment on these items and no action will be taken by the Council at this meeting, except those items which may be stricken or tabled. Public testimony takes place at the Recommending Committee Meeting held for that purpose. 30. Bill No. 2021-32 - Amends LVMC Chapter 19.04 to add a new section to provide procedures and standards by which parklets and streateries may be established within public rights-of-way and adjacent to public sidewalks in order to provide certain amenities, and amends LVMC Chapter 19.18 to provide corresponding definitions.
