FREMONT, CA — The intersection of Mowry Avenue and Hastings Street in Fremont is now open to traffic, police said. Officers had asked the public to avoid the area earlier Saturday because an investigation of a traffic collision was going on. The investigation is over and the public can again access the intersection, according to police.
